We deliver anywhere in Canada via "Portal" crossings between the USA & Canada.

We charge $1.10-$1.30 per loaded mile one way in the USA and $1.30 per mile in Canada based on current gas prices.

"MAP QUEST" is used as a tool to determine the distance from the dealership to the point where the customer takes delivery. Our address is 4500 Apple Avenue, Muskegon MI 49442.

A bonded delivery service and insurance is provided on the RV until the customer takes delivery.

Trade in's can be picked up at the time of delivery and returned to the dealership for a fee of $.99 per loaded mile in Canada and the USA.

To save money, the customer can take delivery of the RV on the USA side of the border. This saves the cost of a border crossing agent, which can be estimated at $500. The customer can take the RV across the United States and Canadian borders, upon entering Canada the GST tax and Canadian Tire Inspection Fee ($195.00) must be paid. . We provide all of the necessary paperwork needed to cross the border through Customs. The following would be needed:

3. Recall Clearance Letter
4. Nafta Letter (Mfg in US)

  If the RV towing company delivers in Canada, the customer will have to arrange for a Border Crossing agent to prepare the necessary paperwork to take the RV across the border and pay the necessary GST tax. Before calling the Border Agency, call Canadian Customs at 403-344-3772. Record the agent's name for future reference and they will tell you exactly what is needed to bring the trailer across the border.

 The truck driver stops at the Border Crossing Agency, on the US side of the border. The Border Crossing Agency provides the truck driver with a packet, containing all the documents needed for the Truck Driver to take the RV across the border. The Customer pays the Border Crossing Agency for "Services Rendered" including the GST. The customer is required to have a copy of Form 1 from the delivery driver to show that all necessary taxes and fees have been paid.

  The Registrar of Imported Vehicles will not issue a federal inspection form or any specific modification information for a vehicle with an unpaid file. The compliance status of every vehicle entering Canada through the RIV system is shared with all provincial and territorial licensing jurisdictions. Non compliance with the Motor Vehicle Safety Act may result in a refusal to license, or a revocation of an existing registration.

Complete Vehicle Import Form-Form I, which Canada Border Services Agency provides. Form1 must be kept in the vehicle until it is licensed. Also, this requires a Canadian mailing address.

Canada Border Services Agency will need to:

Check Canada's Transport Vehicles Admissible from the United States.

Verify the public VIN and Manufacturer's Statement of Compliance label on the vehicle to make sure they match.

Collect from you your non refundable Registrar of Imported Vehicles' fee of $195.00 + GST in all provinces except Quebec where it is $195.00 + GST and QST. Payment for the RIV can be made with any major credit card. Cash or schedules are not accepted by the Canada Border Services Agency. To pay by check or money order, you must mail it to the Registrar of Imported Vehicles' in the envelope they provide.
